All 12 chains were sent. Accurate to description. Nice chains. Shiny and brightly gold. Has the California birth defects warring label on the product label. One chain came without a second connecting ring, but it is not a problem. I have the connectors to fix it. The gold chain is very easy to fix. The circle connectors are easy to open. You could easily open and adjust them with your hands. You do not need any tools. The necklaces are nice.
