Что касается самого значка, брака вроде нет, но вот у волос (там резкие "переходы" и углы) немного комковато осталось покрытие, не страшно, оно практически незаметно, только если разглядывать. А так, заказом довольна, открывать спор не пришлось, так что коммуникабельность продавца оценить не могу.
